Changing the Remote Control Battery
The battery replacement required for your Peugeot 108 remote control key fob is a CR 2016/3 volts.
- Using a small flat-headed screwdriver, unclip the cover by inserting the screwdriver into the slot located by the key chain loop .
- Prise the cover upwards and remove it .
- Take note of which way round the battery is placed in the fob and remove the dead battery from its compartment.
- Replace the battery.
- Clip the cover back into place.
Changing the Electronic Key Battery
The electronic key contains a mechanical ‘integral’ key for locking and unlocking the vehicle if there’s a malfunction with keyless entry. It doesn’t matter if the mechanical key remains in the fob or if it’s removed when replacing the battery.

- Clip the cover back into place.
